We offer a software for machine vision design - from choosing components, planning their setup to photorealistic simulation of the system and synthetic data generation. The synthetic data includes pixel precise segmentation labels and defects. For component suppliers, we offer the option to add their components to our platform, or a White Label Solution—a customized version of the platform that runs on the customer's website. If you have new ideas or requirements, we are open to expanding our platform with new functionalities and products.

Machine vision system integrators, automation companies specialising in digital factory, digital twins and Industry 4.0 (or looking to expand into these areas). Key roles include: Application engineers, Application technicians, Software developers, Project managers, Sales engineers, Sales representatives, Marketing managers, and Managing Directors.

Starting with Medabsy is simple and risk-free. First, we’ll schedule a meeting to understand your project and requirements. Then, we’ll kick off a small-scale project (Phase 1), providing you with a few synthetic images to evaluate. This approach is the fastest, most affordable, and lowest-risk way to experience Medabsy. After reviewing the results of Phase 1, you can decide to go into Phase 2 which includes platform license and you will be able to use the full platform.

The platform works with Obj files. If you have STEP files, we can help you prepare the appropriate Obj file. Additionally we need information about the material of the inspected component, expected defects and environment conditions where the expected or pre-existing inspection system is located. For this purpose you will receive a questionnaire in advance. In case you don't have the 3D files available, don't worry - contact us and we will help you come up with a solution.

You don’t need to purchase a license upfront. We can start by creating a small set of images for your project (Phase 1) so you can evaluate the results. Once you’re satisfied, you can then decide whether to proceed with a full license.
